Philhealth has finally launched its online platform. Existing members can now open an online account and check their membership status, premiums, and etc. Meanwhile, non-members no longer need to visit a Philhealth branch to s become a Philhealth member because they can now do it online, from completing Philhealth’s application form to submitting the required documents.

In this article, we give you a quick breakdown of how you can create an online account with Philhealth.
Online registration for a Philhealth account
If you do not have a Philhealth account, here’s how to register for one online.
- Open your browser and visit PhilHealth’s website.
- On their homepage, click the “Online Services” option found at the menu bar on top.
- On the next page, click the “Register” button beneath the “Electronic Registration” under the membership tab.
- A new window will open, read the instructions and click “Proceed”.
- Read the terms and conditions then tick the box stating that you agree and click “Accept”.
- Fill out the online application form completely.
- Further down the application form page, you need to upload the required documents. Scan or take a well-lit and clear picture of the documents, then upload them one by one. Take note that the format of the files should be JPEG, PNG, GIF or PDF, otherwise, the portal will not accept it.
- Complete the Captcha code.
- Review the information you filled in one last time, then tick the checkbox to confirm that all the details are correct. Click the “Submit Registration” to complete the registration.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. It will contain your PhilHealth number.
Online account registration for existing Philhealth members
If you’re already an existing Philhealth member who just wants to check on your contribution, file claims, and transact with Philhealth, but don’t have an online account yet, it’s much
- Open your browser and visit PhilHealth’s website.
- On their homepage, click the “Online Services” option found at the menu bar on top.
- Once you’re on the “Online Services” page, click the “Register/login” button under the “Member Portal” option.
- You’ll be taken to the login page where you can find the option to log in if you already have an online account and register if you haven’t. Click, “Create Account”.
- Fill up the form with the necessary information such as your Philhealth number, date of birth, sex, full name, email address, mobile number, and a dedicated password.
- Complete the captcha then click “Create Account”.
- Check your email for a verification email from Philhealth. Click the verification link and then you’re all set.
How to log in to your Philhealth online account?
- Open your browser and visit PhilHealth’s website.
- On their homepage, click the “Online Services” option found at the menu bar on top.
- Once you’re on the “Online Services” page, click the “Register/login” button under the “Member Portal” option.
- Enter your Philhealth ID number, type your password, then click log-in.
How to check your Philhealth contribution online?
After logging in to your online Philhealth account, the homepage will show your Member Static Information page. One of the options here is “Premium Contributions”, which can be found after your personal information section.
What else can you find in Philhealth’s online portal?
There are a handful of things you can accomplish through Philhealth’s online portal without even having an online account. At the most, regular Philhealth members can also do the following:
- Download all Philhealth forms such as registration, claims, payment, covid benefits forms, kasambahay application forms, and etc.
- Self-assessment whether or not your health condition qualifies for Philhealth’s Z package.
- Find resources for all of your concerns.
