PLDT, Smart, And Sun To Offer Installment For Outstanding Bills
PLDT. Inc and Smart Communications Inc. will be offering a six-month installment payment program for its customers’ outstanding bill starting May 1, 2020.
In the advisory that they recently released, they said the move is aimed to ease the financial burden of their postpaid subscribers during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) crisis.
The implementation of their installment program will commence on May 1, 2020.
The payment plan offered by PLDT Home, Smart, and Sun will allow postpaid subscribers to settle their unpaid balances for April into a 6-month installment with zero percent interest and penalties.
In their statement, PLDT chairman and CEO Manuel Pangilinan said:
“We hope that through this payment program, we will help keep you connected whether you are at home, the office, or elsewhere after the enhanced community quarantine period,”
