Starbucks Philippines To Increase Beverage Prices
Starting this week, getting a drink from Starbucks will be a little bit more expensive than usual.
Starbucks announced earlier on Tuesday that their drinks will see an increase in prices by 3 to 9 percent in all of their stores nationwide. This increase will range from ₱5 to ₱10, depending on the type and size of the beverage.
The last time this popular coffee chain increased the prices of their beverages was in December 2016, and currently ranges from ₱110 to ₱200.
In a statement, Starbucks Philippines said:
“As part of our comprehensive approach to providing value and the Starbucks Experience, we periodically evaluate pricing to balance our need to run the business profitably while providing maximum value to our loyal customers and to attract new customers.”
Now that Christmas and New Year is on the way, will this stop Filipinos from collecting stickers for Starbuck’s sought after planners?
