What are the EastWest Personal Loan Requirements?

An applicant must fulfill EastWest’s eligibility criteria for a loan:

    • Must be a Filipino citizen
    • Must be Regular/Permanent with current employer for at least 6 months; if less than 6 months, should have total employment tenure of at least 1 year or self-employed with business operational for at least 1 year.
    • Must be at least 21 years old and not more than 65 years old upon loan maturity.
    • If self - employed, must have existing credit card for at least 1 year.
    • If Government employee, must have existing credit card from any bank.
    • If employed, existing credit card is not required.
    • Must have an existing credit card for at least 12 months
    • Must have at least one landline (employment/business) and one mobile number. Declaration of a residence number is encouraged. Wireless landline is not allowed.
    • If employed, Gross monthly income must be at least Php25,000 within Metro Manila and Php20,000 for provincial areas.
    • If self-employed, Gross monthly income must be at least Php50,000.
