The basic documents required are the following: An income document such as your payslip or ITR, proof of address such as your bank statement or utility bills, and 2 or 3 valid IDs. Furthermore, you will need:

For Fully Employed applicants:

  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or BIR Form and original payslip (one whole month).
